Michelle Vodrazka

Michelle Vodrazka is a nutritionist, author, yoga/Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and former gymnast, whose passion is teaching people how they can transform their lives through nutrition and exercise. Michelle has worked closely with many local youth sports teams. She will be teaching a blend of pop pilates and core strength, which will sculpt muscles, strengthen the core, and improve flexibility & balance. Each class will conclude with a fifteen minute section on nutrition and healthy eating.
